30th November

Two hardy divers braved the frost and ice to dive Capernwray and take some nice photos.

23rd November

Ten pin bowling at Keighley

A good night had by all. Congratulations to the "no balls team", beating the "odd balls team" in both games. Well done Graham for his high score of 175 and five strikes in a row. One bowler sent their ball back into the crowd and another sent two balls down at the same time. We also had an "incident" at the Bolt makers Arms" involving some change nearly ending up in the wrong pocket!

November 16th

4 had a good day at The Delph. It was a sunny day and shades were needed.

October 19th

4 braved the Cumbrian weather to dive the waters near Bailiff wood. 100% cloud wind force 5 -6 and some rain. All in all, a good day.

October 4th

Training at Capernwray

September 29th - 30th

Windermere

We stopped at the YHA Ambleside & there were 6 divers as on the picture. First time in a lake for Graham Clay. Thanks to Bob Wayte who organised the accommodation but did not dive because he had a bad chest, Chris Sykes completed his dive manager skills and thus achieved his dive leader qualification and thanks to Dave Batty who towed the boat. Last but not least the boat, it did well too & it started first time, must have been the new battery.

September 20th

Three got wet at Capernwray. One for training, 1 to train and the other because he wanted to.

May 3rd - 5th  St Abbs

A warm start to the weekend, but it got colder and wet. The water was 7C and the viz about 5 - 7 meters. Plenty of marine life.

6th April Capernwray

Three visited this regular site for fun and training.

March 3rd

North West Emergency Recompression Unit

A dry dive to 50 meters
