Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of £30.00 per room per night is required. 

Upon confirmation, in line with case law, a contract, subject to penalties exists:-

In the event of the room not re-let you are liable for:-

30% of the balance if cancellation within 28 days.

60% of the balance if cancellation within 14 days

80% of the balance if cancellation within 7 days

We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance for your added protection.

PAYMENT

Accounts to be settled in cash sterling (£) or one cheque accompanied by a guarantee card up to card limit only, or advance cheque, to reach us 10 days prior to your stay.

PLEASE NOTE we do not accept credit or debit cards.

ARRIVALS / DEPARTURE

Arrivals as previously arranged, between 4pm and 6pm. Departures by 11am

RESTRICTIONS

The drawing room is closed between the hours of 11am - 4pm & 10pm at night. 

For insurance purposes, guests are prohibited from bringing other people onto the premises.

We do not accommodate children under 16 years or pets.
No Take-Away meals to be consumed indoors.

SMOKERS

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we operate a NO-SMOKING indoors policy, and would suggest a seat or stroll in the grounds to enjoy your cigarettes etc.
